Join me on a journey only God could have written.

With a bachelor’s degree in Textiles, Chemistry and Design from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, I began my professional venture in the pharmaceutical industry as a sales representative. Over the course of my career I obtained a Masters in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina, Wilmington and advanced through roles including market research, marketing and ultimately global commercial strategy.

After marrying my husband and welcoming two children, I experienced a profound shift away from allopathic medicine. Having a child with a rare disorder began to reshape my views on conventional healthcare, leading me to explore and embrace natural and alternative healing methods. What's a Mom to Do?  was born during this trial. For more than 20 years, I have studied holistic wellness, focusing on how to support the body without reliance on toxic chemicals.

Today, I help people break free from dependence on allopathic medicine and discover true healing through natural tools. I offer personal and customized health coaching and problem solving as well as wellness products such as elderberry syrup, colloidal silver, and various tinctures to strengthen the body.
